As soon as the inspection, estimate provided and contract are signed and completed, our representative will send all information to the office, and we will begin your contracted work within one week. This involves ordering the materials with one of our supplier allies and coordinating a highly trained crew along with the supervisor assigned to your project, who will be present from the beginning to its completion.

You will meet and/or speak with a sales consultant, office assistant or general manager.
It depends on the decision made with the owner. In case of insurance claims, we go up to the roof to take photos as part of documenting the damage. If it is an estimate, we can go up to the roof to find the root of your leak problems and/or document the state of your current roofing however, we also use satellite software for precise measurements.
The owner has more than 22 years of experience in construction and remodeling, from his beginnings as a roofer at age 16 to founding his own family business.
We have our own personnel from orientation and sales to installation and cleaning, warranting quality and personalized attention throughout the project.
Once the contract is signed, OMC would have a week to order materials and coordinate a crew in order to then provide a start date for your work. Roofing materials are usually able to be ordered within 2-3 business days. Siding materials vary by brand and can take as little as 2-3 days to 6-8 weeks. Interior materials can take anywhere from 2-7 business days unless there is special order materials for a full remodel of certain areas of your home. Gutter materials take 1-2 business days.
If there is storm related damage to your home within the past 365 calendar days, yes. We are specialized in insurance claims and we can assist you throughout the entire process, with your sole responsibility of your deductible. Every insurance claim is different and we can not guarantee the approval of your claim however we have a team of dedicated and trained specialists that will work together to do everything in their power to fight for what you deserve and are within your right as a policy holder.
