It depends on the decision made with the owner. In case of insurance claims, we go up to the roof to take photos as part of documenting the damage. If it is an estimate, we can go up to the roof to find the root of your leak problems and/or document the state of your current roofing however, we also use satellite software for precise measurements.

We have our own personnel from orientation and sales to installation and cleaning, warranting quality and personalized attention throughout the project.
Once the contract is signed, OMC would have a week to order materials and coordinate a crew in order to then provide a start date for your work. Roofing materials are usually able to be ordered within 2-3 business days. Siding materials vary by brand and can take as little as 2-3 days to 6-8 weeks. Interior materials can take anywhere from 2-7 business days unless there is special order materials for a full remodel of certain areas of your home. Gutter materials take 1-2 business days.
